Flexible Scheduling
CyFrame's production planning module offers a flexible and non-intrusive way of managing and optimizing production schedules the way you want them; Straightforward with the ability to quickly maneuver and readjust priorities on the fly. We first begin by determining production start and end dates based on your methods not ours. This allows for you to instantly manage production dates while maintaining short and long term visibility.
Order Planning
The Work Order Planning module is an essential part of the CyFrame system and impacts all scheduling decisions. Its focal point: the Work Order Planning dashboard, displays up to the minute production data and gives you direct one-click access to all of its functionality and a multitude of online reports.
MRP - The "Material Requirement Planning" screen which displays all pending work order requirements and anticipated Raw Material purchase orders required for production.
WPO - The "Waiting PO" report provides the planner with detailed information on all outstanding Purchase Orders, what was received to date as well as any confirmations.
CRP and LRP - The "Capacity Requirement Planning" and "Labor Requirement Planning" reports display user friendly utilization by week in both graphic and standard report formats.
